to have a previous page button
It is necessary to have a button at every page where the respondents can go back an perhaps change their answer at the previous page.
197 votesThis is going to be implemented. But please have patience, as it is going to require a quite large development effort changing this. I’m already implementing the first steps in making this happen. But there are a lot of steps, and fundamental technical changes that need to be made.

Only Show Page
Expand the "Only Show When", so it isn't only questions, but full pages. It takes so long time to make show only when, on 6 questions, on 6 different pages.

Good idea, I’ve needed this myself. Let’s see how many votes this gets.

Add view on the progress of answering the survey
While filling in the survey, it is difficult to see how far we are.
When the survey is about 20 pages (survey of a year work :-)) it is difficult for the user to see its progress. As like in a big document, it would be great if we could have page ID out of total page number in the header or footer of each page and eventually a percentage of progress.
e.g. --> Page 5 of 20 (25% progress)

Automatically receive report by email
An option like this would be really productive: without logging in, my client could receive automatic email reports of the survey results, say, every day, or every week

Page titles
It would be wonderful, if we could have different types of titles: Survey title, page title and then a title for questions.
Respondents do not need to see the name of the survey on each and every page. Instead it could create clarity if each page could have a subtitle to direct respondents thoughts towards phases, areas, products or whatever.
And then a title and a place to put an instruction for questions, so that the user knows what to do.

Individual answers
It would be awesome, if the individual answers could be compiled into a separate document for print

Maybe an Application Programming Interface (API) for Obsurvey, where we can extract and use the Data
API has becoming an important tool today as more and more organisations (such as Google) are opening up their library for the general public, in a controlled manner of course.
However with API we Obsurvey could allow us to extract the data out from their server and manipulate it the way you want and present it in a creative way the way you want :D it will be more important if you would like to use more mathematical model or use them to input into a database.
So API could seriously open the doors for alot of possibility, so Please…

To be able to assign a ranking of importance to each choice in a multiple list.
For example you may have a list of ten films and want to put them in order of your of favorites. The favorite being film being number down to the least preferred being designated 10.

Add scoring and auto-feedback
I primarily use surveys to do self-assessment quizzes. I want to users to be able to get a score when they complete the questionnaire. And I want their results to give them feedback based on their total score, as well as feedback on individual questions.

Getting the Top 10 (or 3 or 5...) Choices
It would be great to be able to force an exact (or minimum and maximum) number of choices to in the Select Many Checkboxes type question.
Could be used to get the best or top options for any questions which when all responses area dded together gives a good feel for the top response from a group,21 votes -

Selection list as an alternative for radio buttons
A possibility to make selection list(drop down) instead radio buttons would be a great space saver when there's lots of choices from which to select.

create separate fields in excel output for multiple answer questions
I suggest that for questions requiring multiple answers (i.e. Tick all that apply) are treated as separate fields in the Excel spreadsheet for easier use in SPSS to get the frequencies and do cross-tabs.
