Add view on the progress of answering the survey
While filling in the survey, it is difficult to see how far we are.
When the survey is about 20 pages (survey of a year work :-)) it is difficult for the user to see its progress.
As like in a big document, it would be great if we could have page ID out of total page number in the header or footer of each page and eventually a percentage of progress.
e.g. --> Page 5 of 20 (25% progress)
